Goge — سياسة الخصوصية
In short
- Everything you record in Goge — purchases, prices, zakat years, your PIN and settings — is stored only on your phone, encrypted. We never receive it.
- The only things that reach our servers are what you send through the Community feature: your posts, votes and reports, linked to an anonymous ID.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and we never sell data.
1. Who we are
Goge is an app for tracking gold and silver holdings and working out zakat. It is developed by Qiraj (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app handles, where it goes, and the choices you have. Contact: qiraj.tech+support@gmail.com.
2. Data that stays on your phone
The following is stored in an encrypted database on your device and is never uploaded to us or anyone else:
- Your purchases (metal type, grams, prices, fees, dates, notes).
- Cash you record for zakat, with its amounts and currencies.
- Gold and silver prices and exchange rates you fetch or enter, and those recorded for past days.
- Your hawl start date, zakat years and whether you marked them paid.
- Your settings: language, theme, currency, lock mode and your PIN.
The app also ships with a built-in history of gold and silver prices since 2000, which is public market data and contains nothing about you.
Backups and exports are files the app creates on your request (a password-protected backup, or a CSV export). They go only where you choose to save or share them; we never receive them.
Your PIN cannot be recovered. It never leaves your phone and protects the key your data is encrypted with, so nobody — including us — can recover or reset it. If you forget it, the only way back in is to clear the app’s data, which erases everything you recorded unless you exported a backup.
3. Data that leaves your phone
a) Community (only if you use it)
When you open Community, report a problem, request a feature, vote, or report a post, the app signs you in anonymously with Firebase Authentication. This creates a random user ID; it is not linked to your name, email, phone number or Google account. The following is then stored on Google’s Firebase servers:

Please don’t include personal information in posts. A public post can be read by anyone using the app.
b) App Check
To keep scripts and modified copies out of Community, the app proves it is a genuine copy installed from Google Play using Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity. Google checks the app and the device’s integrity; we receive a pass or fail, not information about you.
c) App configuration
The app uses Firebase Remote Config to learn the latest app version, the store link and the address of the price service. Firebase uses an installation identifier for this. It contains no personal information about you.
d) Prices and exchange rates
Gold prices and banks’ exchange rates come from Goge’s own price service, hosted on Cloudflare, which collects them from the public pages of Egyptian gold price sites and banks. The app does not contact those sites itself. Your request carries no personal data; as with any web request, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the response and may keep it briefly in operational logs. We do not use it to identify or track you.
4. What we don’t do
- No advertising and no ad identifiers.
- No analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.
- We do not sell, rent or trade any data.
5. Permissions
- Internet — to fetch prices and exchange rates, and to use Community.
- Network state — to tell you when you are offline.
- Biometric — only if you choose to unlock the app with your fingerprint or face. Biometric data is handled by Android and never reaches the app or us.
6. Sharing and service providers
Community data is stored by Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Remote Config and App Check), which processes it on our behalf. Firestore data is stored in the United States. See Firebase’s privacy and security information. App Check uses Google Play Integrity, and the price service runs on Cloudflare. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
7. Security
Your on-device data is encrypted with a key held in Android’s secure keystore, and the app can be locked with a PIN or biometrics. Everything sent to Firebase or the price service travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and Firebase’s security rules let each anonymous account change only its own posts and votes. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as possible so there is little to protect.
8. Keeping and deleting your data
- On your phone: kept until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s data, or uninstall Goge — any of which deletes it permanently.
- Community: posts, votes and reports are kept until they are deleted. You can edit a post for 10 minutes after posting and change your vote at any time. To delete your posts, votes or anonymous ID, email qiraj.tech+support@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +20 114 462 2154 with the titles of your posts and roughly when you posted them; we will delete them within 30 days.
9. Children
Goge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has posted in Community, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s update notes.

٢. بيانات تبقى على هاتفك
ما يلي يُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات مشفّرة على جهازك، ولا يُرفع أبدًا إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى:
- مشترياتك (نوع المعدن، الجرامات، الأسعار، العمولات، التواريخ، الملاحظات).
- النقود التي تسجّلها للزكاة، بمبالغها وعملاتها.
- أسعار الذهب والفضة وأسعار العملات التي تجلبها أو تدخلها، والمسجّلة لأيام سابقة.
- تاريخ بداية الحول، وسنوات الزكاة، وما إذا كنت قد سجّلتها مدفوعة.
- إعداداتك: اللغة، والمظهر، والعملة، وطريقة القفل، ورمز PIN.
يأتي التطبيق أيضًا بسجل تاريخي لأسعار الذهب والفضة منذ عام 2000، وهو بيانات سوق عامة لا تحتوي على أي شيء عنك.
النسخ الاحتياطية والتصدير ملفات ينشئها التطبيق عند طلبك (نسخة احتياطية محمية بكلمة مرور، أو تصدير CSV). تذهب فقط إلى المكان الذي تختار حفظها فيه أو مشاركتها معه، ولا نستلمها أبدًا.
لا يمكن استرجاع رمز PIN. فهو لا يغادر هاتفك، ويحمي المفتاح الذي تُشفَّر به بياناتك، لذلك لا يستطيع أحد — ونحن منهم — استرجاعه أو إعادة تعيينه. إن نسيته فالطريقة الوحيدة للدخول هي مسح بيانات التطبيق، وهذا يحذف كل ما سجلته ما لم تكن قد صدّرت نسخة احتياطية.
٣. بيانات تغادر هاتفك
أ) المجتمع (فقط إن استخدمته)
عندما تفتح المجتمع، أو تبلّغ عن مشكلة، أو تطلب ميزة، أو تصوّت، أو تبلّغ عن منشور، يسجّل التطبيق دخولك بشكل مجهول عبر Firebase Authentication. يُنشئ ذلك معرّفًا عشوائيًا غير مرتبط باسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك أو حساب Google الخاص بك. ثم يُحفظ ما يلي على خوادم Firebase التابعة لـ Google:

من فضلك لا تضع معلومات شخصية في منشوراتك. المنشور العام يستطيع قراءته أي شخص يستخدم التطبيق.
ب) App Check
لإبعاد البرامج الآلية والنسخ المعدّلة عن المجتمع، يُثبت التطبيق أنه نسخة أصلية مثبّتة من Google Play باستخدام Firebase App Check مع Google Play Integrity. تتحقق Google من سلامة التطبيق والجهاز، ولا يصلنا إلا قبول أو رفض، لا معلومات عنك.
ج) إعدادات التطبيق
يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Remote Config لمعرفة أحدث إصدار ورابط المتجر وعنوان خدمة الأسعار. يستخدم Firebase لذلك معرّفًا للتثبيت لا يحتوي على أي معلومات شخصية عنك.
د) الأسعار وأسعار العملات
تأتي أسعار الذهب وأسعار صرف البنوك من خدمة أسعار خاصة بـ Goge مستضافة على Cloudflare، تجمعها من الصفحات العامة لمواقع أسعار الذهب والبنوك المصرية، ولا يتصل التطبيق بتلك المواقع بنفسه. لا يحمل طلبك أي بيانات شخصية؛ ومثل أي طلب عبر الإنترنت، تعالج Cloudflare عنوان IP الخاص بك لإيصال الرد، وقد تحتفظ به لفترة قصيرة في سجلات التشغيل. ولا نستخدمه لمعرفتك أو تتبّعك.
٤. ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات ولا معرّفات إعلانية.
- لا أدوات تحليل أو تقارير أعطال أو تتبّع.
- لا وصول إلى موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو ملفاتك.
- لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نؤجرها ولا نتاجر بها.
٥. الأذونات
- الإنترنت — لجلب الأسعار وأسعار العملات، واستخدام المجتمع.
- حالة الشبكة — لإخبارك عندما تكون غير متصل.
- البصمة — فقط إن اخترت فتح التطبيق ببصمتك أو وجهك. يتعامل Android مع بيانات البصمة، ولا تصل إلى التطبيق ولا إلينا.
٦. المشاركة ومزوّدو الخدمة
تُحفظ بيانات المجتمع لدى Google Firebase (Authentication وCloud Firestore وRemote Config وApp Check)، الذي يعالجها نيابةً عنا. وتُحفظ بيانات Firestore في الولايات المتحدة. راجع معلومات الخصوصية والأمان من Firebase. ويستخدم App Check خدمة Google Play Integrity، وتعمل خدمة الأسعار على Cloudflare. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى، إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
٧. الأمان
بياناتك على الجهاز مشفّرة بمفتاح محفوظ في مخزن المفاتيح الآمن في Android، ويمكن قفل التطبيق برمز PIN أو بالبصمة. وكل ما يُرسل إلى Firebase أو خدمة الأسعار ينتقل عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS)، وتسمح قواعد الأمان في Firebase لكل حساب مجهول بتغيير منشوراته وتصويته فقط. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكننا نجمع أقل ما يمكن، فيبقى القليل مما يحتاج إلى حماية.
٨. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- على هاتفك: تبقى حتى تحذفها من التطبيق، أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق، أو تزيل Goge — وأيٌّ من ذلك يحذفها نهائيًا.
- المجتمع: تبقى المنشورات والتصويت والبلاغات حتى تُحذف. يمكنك تعديل منشورك خلال 10 دقائق من نشره، وتغيير تصويتك في أي وقت. لحذف منشوراتك أو تصويتك أو معرّفك المجهول، راسلنا على qiraj.tech+support@gmail.com أو عبر واتساب على +20 114 462 2154 مع عناوين منشوراتك ووقت نشرها تقريبًا، وسنحذفها خلال 30 يومًا.
٩. الأطفال
Goge ليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إن كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا نشر في المجتمع، فتواصل معنا وسنحذف ما نشره.
١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السريان أعلاه. وسنذكر التغييرات المهمة أيضًا في ملاحظات تحديث التطبيق.
